    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as usual this is about Kenyans who were kidnapped by Government officers, Kenyan police officers, Mozambicans and Tanzanians. After 11th of October, when this Question was in the House, the Attorney General promised to come with a comprehensive report. We have just heard that he is now asking for another week. I sympathise with him, but this abou the liberty of Kenyans. In his answer on 11th October, he stated that these young men were serving various jail sentences, which is not true. They have never been jailed. They were even in court yesterday."
