    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not wish to offer an explanation as to why the judicial system in that country is working like that but, I would like to agree with you that seven years is not a reasonable time within which to conduct a trial of what would appear on the face of it to be simple and straightforward charges. I would like to undertake, like I did a few minutes ago, to personally visit my counterpart in Tanzania to raise this matter personally and to go to the place where those persons are being held and, therefore, be able to come back to this House with a detailed informed statement both about the history of the matter and, even more important, about the concrete actions that we can take to bring this clearly glaring injustice to an end. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
