    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, yes, it is true that the committee was there for two years and we continuosly tried to build capacity of these local community and the committees that we appoint. However, we realised that this committee was not improving. That is why we got the membership to elect a new committee. There is no double funding. We always get these kinds of excuses and people saying that they think there is much more money than there is. I would like to encourage the hon. Member to share the information on the ground with the committee and also help the committee to understand what we are doing."
