    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You will appreciate when I was experimenting with that other language which hon. Midiwo does not like, I was pointing out the contradictions between the request by hon. Muthama and what the Deputy Leader of Government Business had committed to the House. But the substantive matter is what hon. Midiwo has raised, which I really want to support. This afternoon alone, I have got messages on my phone from the number of candidates who are willing to register and they want to know whether they can actually qualify for nomination or not. For a self-respecting Government to treat this matter lightly is not right especially given that on Tuesday, the Minister himself made an undertaking to this House to be available. He should have been available on Wednesday and I was in the Chair. In fact, he promised to be available today. So, how can we take a further undertaking by hon."
