All these Bills as have been alluded to by the Leader of Government Business have a bearing on the registration, nomination processes and the elections. I only want to point out that it is important that we note the concerns and anxieties of Kenyans around the country about the uncertainties. This is a new process and it is important that we go through it with as much confidence as possible so that we do not have Kenyans worrying about the incidences or the instances of the last election. So, all working together, we mean that we want to organize the electioneering process. I beg to second."
