I believe that if this company had carried out due diligence, they would, indeed, have known that the solar panels that they constructed in Lake Turkana were not suitable for that region. In fact, even the pond liners that were used cracked after a few months because of the high temperatures. I believe that, maybe, due diligence was not carried out by this private company."
