Chemjor (PF. 20703) a former head postmaster in Karen, was wrongfully dismissed from service; (b) whether he could confirm that Nakuru High Court through Case No. HCC 292 of 2005, ordered that he be paid for wrongful dismissal having worked for 27 years at the Postal Corporation; and, (c) when the officer will be paid his dues as ordered by the court."
