    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Prime Minister for his Statement on the formula for revenue allocation and particularly his reference to the key Bills; the Division of Revenue Bill and the County Allocation of Revenue Bill. Given that the two Bills are essential for implementing the formula, in other words, the formula will only be applied when the two Bills have been passed; and given the limited time we now have at our disposal, I would like the Prime Minister to assure this House that the two Bills will be brought to the House for debate and passing in time."
