Prime Minister has told this House from the Dispatch Box that he has information as the Prime Minister of Kenya that there was a meeting of chiefs and that the chiefs were informed to support one political party or the other. The Office of the Prime Minister is a very serious office and so nobody would provide information that is not documented. Given that Section 35 of our Constitution requires that you give access to information, could the Prime Minister table documentary evidence that such a meeting took place and a copy of the statement that stated that they should support one political party or the other?"
