    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, wherever we get land to do projects, first and foremost, people are involved. They are informed and told of what is expected of their land and they are compensated according to the laws of the country. I believe they are going to be given water in one way or another. It is a policy of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation to ensure that wherever we get water to give other people, we must ensure that we give water to people in the areas over and above compensating their land."
