Let me thank the Minister and the Ministry officials, once again, for this Bill that seeks to consolidate a number of other Bills that were there before, but were scattered all over. This Bill is able to bring quite a number of institutions together, not less than eight. Like other Speakers have said, it is important that we undertake research in this country. I come from the County of Nyandarua which has a huge agricultural potential."
