    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I know, for the case of Nyandarua, a lot of attempts have been done in terms of research. However, all the research institutions that would help Nyandarua are located in Kiambu. There is nothing you find within Nyandarua. Even if it is in Nyandarua, it is because it is the boundary between Kiambu and Nyandarua. So, you find that we have to transport everything to Kiambu while we even have more land that can be useful. In so doing, that distribution would help in the employment opportunities and also ensuring that development in the country is spread even. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
