"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if we are to go by what the Assistant Minister has said, then he is inviting people to engage in lawlessness in order to stop his people from encroaching on the road. What I am asking is very simple. There is no dispute on the 30 meters that are on the road reserve. The people are asking for compensation for the extra 30 meters and not the 30 meters as per the Act. We have no problem on that. Clearly, he has addressed his mind to that issue. I wish he could appreciate what I am trying to say."
