That is the only way that we can ensure that every center will undertake registration for 30 days. We have 15,000 equipment distributed across the country. Between now and the end of the process, in my considered view, it is not going to be possible for us to import or acquire additional equipment. That is why I am saying that we should address the issue the way it is. We need to look at the situation the way it is now."
