    "content": " Hon. Members, given the importance of this Question, and given that the Chair has allowed a lot of latitude so that hon. Members can raise issues and the Assistant Minister may also wish to consult--- He has said that some issues raised need to be raised with IEBC and given the time constraint, I would like to defer this Question to Thursday this week. That should give the Assistant Minister time today and tomorrow. I can see a lot of interest from hon. Members and if they have issues, they can pass them over to the Assistant Minister so that he can come with a comprehensive answer."
