    "content": " As we coming to the end of Question Time, I want to encourage the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs to also look at the Question by Dr. Nuh which was deferred to Tuesday, next week. His Question and that of Mr. Kivuti have a lot of issues in common. He could address them simultaneously. Hon. Members, that is the end of Question Time. Before I call out the next Order, I want to inform the House that Order No.10 is deferred because consultations are ongoing. I hope the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology is in agreement. That is the correct position in terms of accuracy and not the decision. It has been deferred."
