    "content": "The timing is getting complicated. It is up to the political parties to know how to manage their own membership for purposes of nomination. That is what the Bill is seeking to deal with. I believe details will come up when we discuss the Bill itself. For us, as the House Business Committee, is to facilitate this Bill coming to the House, so that Members will have the advantage of discussing the matter without necessarily waiting until next week. This matter could be resolved this week and people take the necessary action."
