"content": "Therefore, it goes without saying that the day you get a waiting card, the Government has accepted that you a citizen of Kenya. Therefore, at that point, you should be able to do anything that any adult can do. What I am suggesting is that for purposes of the forthcoming election, all Kenyans who have acquired waiting cards should be allowed to register as voters, so that they are not disenfranchised for a cause that is not of their own making."
