    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the amendment basically because it is the right of every Kenyan who has attained the age of 18 years to vote. It is also the right of Kenyans to be issued with IDs. When the Government issues a provisional ID with a serial number to Kenyan, it is already an official Government document. Therefore, an institution of Government supervising elections should be able to accept such document as admissible to enable the holder to exercise his constitutional right. Therefore, I support the amendment."
