    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Question is very important because these are some of the schemes or the reforms that the Government has put in place in order to get these resources to the grassroots but I think the biggest problem I see is information flow for the women to be sensitized to be able to take the loans in some parts of the country. So, what is the Minister or the Ministry doing to increase capacity at the grassroots so that we have many more people who go around to give information to those who would like to apply for the loans?"
