    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I totally agree, but about Mumias Sugar Company charging Kshs800 per tonne, I was not aware. But I can check and come back to the House so that it can be rectified to be in the range of Butali Sugar Company who are charging Kshs190 or West Kenya who are charging Kshs150 while others are charging up to Kshs300. I am going to investigate whether that allegation is true. If so, action will be taken so that the company does not continue ripping off farmers."
