The issue is not the situation we have on the ground where the bridge is but the issue is the loss of lives where there is massive population or where it is densely populated. You could still have that bridge in that area to save lives and not necessarily dismantle it because it serves a purpose as population increases. We have not had populations decreasing in Kenya for a very long time. So, could you answer the Question given the gravity of the matter?"
