However, it is good to remember that this road was recently completed and it is currently under what we call the “defect liability period”. So, we do not need to set any money aside because the vote for this project is still on. All we need to do is to utilize it within the existing vote. I do not think that this is a project by itself as it were. It is within the larger Thika Road Project and, therefore, it will be done."
