Is the Assistant Minister in order to announce here and mislead this House that he is opposing this Bill having known that we have borrowed all the good principles and everything in the previous Bills that have been consolidated in the Crops Bill? Is he trying to negate all the good things that are being proposed by this hon. House and confirm, which is factually not true, that these principles have been held by the Crops Bill (2012)?"
