    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I was saying was that all the issues which are being addressed by this Bill by hon. Kioni are all being taken care of by the Crops Bill. That is why we are saying that we do not want to have quite a number of Bills which are regulating the same sector at the same time. That is why as a Ministry we are supporting the Crops Bill which will be coming on the Floor of this House, unlike all these other fragmental Bills which we are trying to amalgamate and bring together."
