This is crucial and it is why we have brought this Bill to the House. There have been several legislation regimes in this country; the NGOs were registered under the NGO Council; we also have the NGO bureau; we also had the Community Based Organizations (CBO) which were registered under the Department of Social Services in the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development. We had the trusts and foundations of this country that were registered under the Ministry of Lands. That is why the Government cannot harmonize and monitor what the civil society organizations are doing in this country."
