    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the way the appointment of the Commission will be done will be transparent and I appreciate it. I know that the Cabinet Secretary will have the power to appoint at least three members to the Commission. We should make sure that those three members are not also members of other registered NGOs, so that they do not come in and advocate their own partisan interests. They should be people of integrity and who will stand firm. They should be able to serve the bigger interest of the country rather than the interest of specific NGOs."
