    "content": "Also in terms of education, awareness and perpetration of issues to enable the vulnerable sections of the society to access information which otherwise would not be delivered by the Government, is an important achievement. In the political world, we know all that the civil society has done. Hon. Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona and others, we have been there together many times, submitting proposals and petitions. I recall a day that we had to put a very strong proposal to the Attorney-General in the late 1990s with Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona at the forefront at Sheria House. They have played a very key role."
