    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are two questions here; the first is about the letter from the DO threatening evictions. That is irregular and unlawful. The DO has no such authority. Once the Government has allocated the land, the person claiming ownership is the only authority which can attempt an eviction. That eviction must be done in accordance with the law. So, I would ask the hon. Member and the people involved to disregard the letter from the DO. There is no such authority unless it is backed by a lawful order."
