There are some of these institutions which sit on land without securing title deeds. They presume that once they get a letter of allotment, then that is a document of title deed. That is the case with some of the institutions, for example, Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI). So, I would want to use this forum to communicate to them that they must secure title deeds for the parcels of land."
