    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in the recent past, we have witnessed Kenyans being displaced left and right. Listening to the Minister, he seems to be helpless and yet, he is the Minister for Lands. Could he give an assurance to the people of Lamu that they will not be evicted? are not about to be evicted and that they are not going to be evicted? These are very poor Kenyans who cannot afford any legal fee. Can the Government protect these poor Kenyans? What does the law say about people who have lived in one piece of land for more than 13 years?"
