    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) of Clause 3 by inserting following new Paragraph- (k) promotion of equalization of opportunities for persons with disabilities, minorities and other marginalized groups. The idea is to ensure that one of the objectives of university education is to equalize opportunities for persons with disabilities."
