    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am very grateful that the Minister has responded to this issue of the clubs and the terms of the elections which are coming up on 13th August. Is he aware that many clubs have been left out and are not expected to participate in the elections on 13th August? As a result, the names of those clubs do not appear on the programme of the 13th August elections. What is he going to do to make sure that these clubs are brought back on board, so that they can participate in the elections of 13th August, to avoid a situation whereby our youth are going to be left out from participating in the selection of their leaders in football?"
