    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I just want to agree that as they consult, in the statement that Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona gave, the latter part are details that come in regulations. The only thing that was missing from the two was “relevance” which the Chair gave and which we would like to adopt. We just want to put in “relevance” to what Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona said up to the word “education” and then leave out “standards” and the number of hours, because it is in the regulations of all senates in the universities. That would have taken care of the two concerns."
