    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the body called “the Commission for University Education” is a quality assurance body. It is not the body that promotes research and innovation. There is a different body that looks into that. For us to carry this, we should talk about promoting quality research and innovation in universities, so that we can further amend this clause to provide for quality research. That is the mandate of that body and not the promotion of research as such. However, whatever research that goes on has to be on quality."
