So, my amendment seeks to make clear what I presume the Minister intended to do, which is to establish a student association which can, therefore, elect a Student Council. That is what my amendment seeks to do - to delete the words, elected by student body as provided by the charter and inserting a new sub-clause (2) that provides for an election of a council that is gender representative."
