    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, our Constitution talks about the Government not discriminating against any member of the population of this country. The Minister has talked about some parts of this country being registered to benefit from this programme that targets orphans and vulnerable children. Could she inform the House what she is doing to ensure that all the children who fall under these categories benefit from this programme, so that there is no discrimination and service to a few members of the country while others are suffering, with the Government showing no concern?"
