    "content": " I want to agree but I want to insert an additional two words at the end of the new subclause 2, “Every university shall have a students’ council, elected by the students’ association and no more than one-third of the council shall be of the same gender, where applicable”. I am saying this because we have one university that is purely female and we see United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) spreading the same message that we should have female only universities. So, I want to add the words “where applicable” I think that is okay."
