    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 53 by:- (a) deleting the words “not more than” appearing in paragraph (d) in Sub- clause (1); (b) deleting the expression “Section 7” appearing in Sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the expression “Section 6”; (c) inserting the following new sub-clauses immediately after Sub-clause (5) – “(6) The provisions relating to the appointment of the Secretary and members of staff of the Commission as set out in Sections 9 and 12 shall apply,"
