I would like to agree with the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs that we are filling a vacancy from a resignation of a member. Therefore, the appointment had already been done. Unless the Member is saying that he is questioning the entire process of the appointment of the entire Judicial Service Commission. Then, that would be a totally different issue. However, if he is not questioning the entire process, then I agree with the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs that what we have done as a Committee is correct."
