    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not know why we are missing the point. The transitional provision that the hon. Member has referred to under Article 20 (3), under the Constitution itself, states clearly that the Judicial Service Commission would serve for a period of three years. You cannot amend that. The Judicial Service Commission that exists is a transitional one with a lifespan of three years and not otherwise. That is why your ruling is very necessary."
