    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 71 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “subject to meeting the standards established under this Act” at the end of the clause. What I am seeking to do is to provide that by the passing of this law, standards must be maintained. So, I am saying that all the constituent colleges or universities existing before shall continue as such, subject to them meeting standards that are provided by law so that they do not say “let us continue since the law passed\". This should be subject to them meeting standards that were established by law because the law actually is providing higher standards."
