    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the House may know, I was privileged to take over as General Secretary of NCCK from Dr. Kobia way back in 1993. He is somebody that I can say I know. When I learnt that this position fell vacant, I was happy that he applied for it and he was interviewed. The Committee has done the needful. May I take this opportunity to commend the Committee; they have done a remarkable job, and especially the idea of going back to deal with the matter after the media reports, speaks highly about them."
