Apparently, it seems that he just threw the Question back to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and what you are receiving now is IEBC trying to justify why Kenyans cannot have 30 days of registration, why Kenyans cannot have BVR equipment in the centres and why we are going to have anomalies in the coming elections."
