We were all routing for Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) kits because we knew that the identification process is going to be foolproof, so that nobody can vote in place of Martha Karua except Martha Karua; because I am going to be identified by my biometrics. If voters are not going to be identified by their biometrics, it means that we are going backwards. Could he explain exactly what is happening and why they cannot import more BVR kits to ensure that each polling station, come the 4th of January, 2013, can identify voters biometrically?"
