    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the appointment of Rev. Kobia to the Judicial Service Commission. My Committee unanimously agreed that this is a man of substance who will bring credit to the panel and whose credentials are unquestionable. I also want to mention that the qualifications for that position did not include a PhD. It did not matter to us if he had it or not. It is high time that we stopped being political and also stopped dealing with trivialities. I want to congratulate the Minister and his team for forwarding to us a name of a person of substance."
