    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just wanted to mention that this ruling was given on 29th June, this year. The Attorney-General and the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs have had this ruling with them and up to now they have never taken any action. As the Attorney-General reads the rulings, I should say that these clauses are unconstitutional. So, it is up to the Attorney-General to allow the amendments to be brought and we dispose of this matter immediately."
