Why would a desert like Israel, or a country like Egypt, be able to feed itself and have more water than Kenya? It is because this Government has no idea how to rule people. Given the opportunity, a few of us seated here will effectively replace this Government and deliver. If a country like Malawi was able to address the issue of famine, why is it that a country like Kenya, which has so many professors and people in Government, is unable to do the same?
