    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts Sessional Paper No.8 of 2012 on the National Policy for the Sustainable Development of Northern Kenya and other Arid Lands laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 5th December, 2012. This sets out the policies of setting up of all those areas within the northern Kenya and a lot of the work that has been carried forward by that Ministry. I beg to move and ask the Minister of State for Development of Northern Kenya and other Arid Lands to second."
