    "content": "As I support this Motion, I want to make a comment on one Dr. Mutua who sits in the office that is labeled “Government Spokesperson”. I do not know if he is living in the same planet as we are. What we are going through has become an international matter of concern and we have responses even from the international community. If the same Government is trying to put in place initiatives to provide food for those who are dying of hunger, and every news time we see people dying, should the Government Spokesperson actually give a contradictory statement? Is this what is happening in this amorphous arrangement that we call “a coalition Government?” Do we really need this person and this office of Government Spokesperson?"
